I have spent the last 10 years studying Yoga, Stress Reduction and Meditation, Healing Touch, and Strength training and Core Strengthening.  I have found these things to be instrumental in maintaining my health and wellbeing.   It is my hope that by sharing what I have learned with others they too can move toward a healthier and happier lifestyle.

At Holistic Health Options, I offer you a choice of classes or individual instruction.  As you move through my site you will find options such as yoga classes from Astanga yoga to Gentle Yoga, Stress Reduction and Meditation classes and individual instruction, Heaing Touch Level one classes and Healing touch therapy sessions, as well as Strength training and Core Strengthening individual instruction and classes.  It is my goal to approach the body, mind and spirit offering a healthier lifestyle from a holistic point of view. 

 

You will have the option to register with me by email or print registration forms for some of the classes and send them to me.
