Strength Training for Women
Do you have a set of weights that are collecting dust in your closet?  do you want to stay strong as you grow older and wiser?  Do you want to learn to build bone density?  Do you want to tone muscles and aid weight loss?  If you can answer yes to any of these questions then join us on March 18th to learn how to safely and effectively lift weights.   Taught by Dana Spates, Certified Personal Trainer.  Cost $30  class will run 2 hours.  Bring one set of 3-5lb weights.
